you might be able to get rid of those horizontal lines if you deinterlace the final video before exporting it.

video, unlike film, is not natively progressive pictures. a single frame is instead split between two frames, a half printed on one and the other half on the second.

oh, and you might want to change the name of your video to something that's not what you called it when you were editing/the name of the file. it's always nice to spice things up a bit and think of a creative title.
