    Thank you for posting this lecture on Vimeo. I live 70 miles from Novato, so it's not always convenient to drive up. Dr. Greenberg is a very good lecturer. I would be interested in learning more about how exercise, specifically cardiovascular exercise done at high intensity, affects the overall health and longevity of the heart. Thank you!
