This video provides a thought-provoking introduction to understanding the history of the Rocky Flats nuclear weapons plant, which operated just outside of Denver from the early 1950s to the early 1990s.

The interviews clips included are taken from a series of 160 interviews conducted by the Maria Rogers Oral History Program of the Carnegie Library for Local History (a branch of the Boulder Public Library) and the proposed Rocky Flats Cold War Museum.

You can listen to the Rocky Flats interviews in their entirety by visiting boulderlibrary.org/oralhistory. Click on Special Collections, then on Rocky Flats Nuclear Weapons Plant
