In Episode 5 of Collabo-Ramen we visit Keisuke Nidaime - our last stop on Tokyo Ramen Street in Tokyo Station. My parents treated us to a bowl of the rich, lobster-based broth that is influenced by Takeda Keisuke's time spent studying French cuisine.
