So this is a freeware game I'm working on in VB.NET inspired by Space Harrier but with platforming elements replacing bullets and jet pacs.

It's still in very early dev at the moment. Encountered a major flaw in the '3D' drawing routine which I need to re-write, booooo, so I've just uploaded the progress to date to spur me on with the much needed changes.

The music track (Lava Lamp) (by far the best thing about this vid) is by SloopyGoop (sloopygoop.com) who has very kindly said I can you use the tune for the game.
