Naengmyeon is made from icy cold buckwheat noodles and is a popular dish in Korea all year round, but especially in summer. I am going to introduce you to 2 kinds of naengmyeon: mul naengmyeon and bibim naengmyeon, both using yeolmu mul kimchi using a recipe from my previous video.
