Psychologist Oliver James take to our pulpit to demonstrate why the excess of envy and consumerism is making us more miserable and distressed than ever before and what we can do to finally free ourselves from the shackles of envy.
Oliver James is a psychologist, writer, journalist, broadcaster and television documentary producer and presenter. His books include the best-selling Affluenza, They F*** You Up and Britain on the Couch, which was also a successful documentary series for Channel 4.
