In February of 2008, two-fifths of the Welsh rock band Super Furry Animals stopped by the Stop Smiling storefront space to play a secret show. At half past two o’clock on a Saturday afternoon, lead singer Gruff Rhys and lead guitarist Huw Bunford finished their breakfasts onstage while people shuffled in wearing winter coats and sipping dollar cans of beer. Check out the finger moves that Gruff insisted the audience engage it on the first track.
