This is video showing what remains of a powerful winter ice storm on the Cheyenne River Sioux Reservation in South Dakota. Thousands of downed power poles have been replaced, but you can see many of the damaged poles still remain. This disaster left people without water and electricity for up to three weeks. Residents are still recovering. This video was taken by Northwest Area Foundation Senior Program Officer Tony Genia.
