3. Mackinaw Fishing on Lake Tahoe, CA

I had the good fortune to go fishing with Mickey Daniels of Mickey's Big Mac Charters mickeysbigmack.com/lake-tahoe-fishing
Mickey was gracious enough to take my Son Everett and I out to fish and shoot video of Mackinaw Trout for UCD's Fish Hatchery Museum installation due to open in July terc.ucdavis.edu/.
We came back with four huge (at least Everett and I thought they were huge) fish, one of which measured out at almost 25 inches. The state record for Mackinaw was caught on Lake Tahoe at a whopping 37lbs!
Everett was a great sport and we had a really fun experience. Please be sure to watch all the way through. You won't want to miss the end of this video.
