Was shooting for the deadline on the video challenge but i waited too long. Was working on work work then realized it was already too late then I started working on the vid challenge.

Excuses.

It was a good way to get away from what I didn't want to do.

music is Splinters

You really should listen to with headphones.

    Thanks Karen!

Nah I wasn't wasted, just sick of editing live music event footage. I felt goo to just do this, wish I had more time to do the entire song. Splinters are awesome. From Seattle. I wanna do more music vids to their music.

definitely one of my favorites of the bunch. What sophisticated program are you editing with?
  • Ian Lucero 2 months ago
    Using final cut pro.

Nothing that fancy though as far as editing.

Just a lot of copy and pasting, resizing, repeat. All done to the beat but done manually. Tedious. I wanted to do it for the whole track but needed to get back to work.

Well it looks great. Resizing seems like the trick then. Don't think you can do that in i-movie. Someday I have to get better software.

    Was well worth waiting for.
  • Ian Lucero 2 months ago
Yeah i think imovie is more for just straight-up cuts only and adding transitions. Though I don't know. It could be more sophisticated than that. I just haven't delved deep enough into that program which ironically ingest clips, (handles clips) a lot better than FCP.

Sweet sweet sweet. That's something I'd like to have done if I could.

Woah. I see what Grem is saying about the ears tickling. And the balls tripping. These clicking and popping noises are like what I remember hearing when I went scuba diving- the sounds the corals make deep under water.

I like the clicking sounds, Datassette often uses it in his music via algorithms

it's like a lullaby for me, as I am just heading off to sleep now!
