The Suffolk Bicycle Rider's Association held their annual Bike-Boat-Bike event on Sun., June 1st. This is a video put together from random clips that were taken along the 100mi & 135mi. routes as I was riding in a SAG Wagon.( 2 man team ) The rider's started in Mattituck and traveled east on the north fork of Long Island to Greenport where they took the north ferry to Shelter Island. After a beautiful ride on the Island the bikers then rolled on to the South Ferry to be transported to the south fork. Here the longer distance riders rode all the way to Montauk Pt. before they turned around. All the cyclists headed west to Riverhead before making their way back east again along the north fork to the finish. Fantastic weather and scenery made this an extraordinary time for the participants.
