I was invited by a friend at Blackbird Vineyards to see how and why a night harvest was done. Since my friend and winemaker Aaron Pott was going to oversee it, I thought it would be fun to try and make a video of it. We started at 10:30 at night and stayed well past midnight to capture this tradition and I hope you enjoy learning a common but little known aspect of how different tastes in wine are achieved.
