This is a local intersection that I shot during the dusk hour. I added the 2000% speedup and the stop motion blur in FCP. Shot on a Sanyo Xacti HD1000 on my Bogen tripod. For shots like this, I usually use the focus lock, turn off image stabilization, use manual exposure and run a preset white balance.
