The 2nd Annual Spring Cleanup of Burlington Island (New Jersey) was held on Saturday April 24, 2010. Join The Board of Island Managers and volunteers as they participate in the 2nd annual event.

Burlington Island is a 400-acre island that is located in the Delaware River in Burlington, NJ. It has a rich history, having served as a home to the Lenni Lenape, trading posts, and a fort. In the early 1900's it was home to Island Beach Park, with amusement rides, campgrounds, picnic groves, a midway, canoeing and boating, and bathhouses.
