Mett - A little peace of German culture
6th June 2008 - Here I am eating some Mett (One of my favorite German foods).
Mett is a preparation of minced pork that is popular in Germany. (mince as we know it in NZ). You spread it on a bread roll or a slice of bread and eat it raw.
In Germany it is quite normal to do this. In other countries that I know of it is not so normal which is why I thought I would share this with the rest of the world :)
