a time lapse of clouds shot with the HV20. All footage is completely stock, except for the speed increase (30x speed). I locked both the shutter speed and the exposure, to prevent flicker.

Q: can you tell me i want to do some timelapse, i have the hv30 dont see any settings in menu to do this. did you do this in the software when you captured the footage.

i shot it in regular HDV mode, and then in one of my editors (imovie), I captured one frame a second, to create something 30x speed. This way I wouldn't have to capture every frame, and then speed it up, because that would require rendering, and would literally take up 30 times the space.
