Discussion by Mount Vernon City Council of Washington Trust for Historic Preservation's designation of downtown Mt. Vernon as endangered after an intro clip that includes some Windows Movie Maker special effects. The Washington Trust for Historic Preservation's website is wa-trust.org/ It is worth noting that in the summer of 2008, there is also an agreement regarding doing right by the history of the MV waterfront - including this building in force to resolve this issue justly. The agreement is online at skagitims.biz/Client%20Pages/City%20of%20Mount%20Vernon/Mount%20Vernon%20History%20SIGNED%20MOA.pdf
