A short documentary about DC-based artist Billy Colbert shot between July and December 2007.

Billy Colbert works from his studio in an abandoned warehouse at the corner of 14th and T streets in Washington, DC. The location couldn't be any hotter in terms of its development potential... So Billy can only occupy this space temporarily while the owners of the building search for development opportunities for their property.

In the meantime, Billy is creating a series of art that examines commercialism in our culture. He combines imagery from bus stop ads, cutting and pasting from various posters to create new posters with ironic new meaning.
