There will be a screening of 'Holmewood' at the Plaza Cinema in Crosby on Thursday 2nd December 2010 from 5.30pm to 7.30pm. There will be drinks beforehand and a chat afterwards with the film starting at 6.00pm.

The screening has been arranged by one of the stars of the film, Les, as a fundraiser for the theatre group he's a part of - the Alsopdrama group.

Tickets cost £3.50 (bargain!) and can be bought at the cinema box office in person (no phone or internet booking alas).  You should be able to get tickets on the night, but swing by early to avoid disappointment (or pop down in the week before to be on the safe side).

    Certificate 15, B&W, Running time 55 mins.

Please note that previous information is correct - you CAN'T get tickets over the phone from the Plaza box office (only by calling by in person).

The 'box office' number in the article is actually Les' home number - so you can phone him directly (on 0151 924 6814) and - if you ask him nicely) he will reserve tickets in envelopes at the box office for you.
