Wicked. Nice to see the preset switches in my edit being put to good use man. I couldn't live without them now.

again, totally nutso. excellent job! tho i miss the "knuckle cracking" part of your previous vid.

have you tried my mlr mod? it has the normal number of groups and recorders, but almost everything in mlr is controllable from the monome.

haha.....yeah sorry bout the knuckles......not shure where that ridiculousness came from......i actually haven't tried the jmel version.....i'll give it a spin this afternoon.... thanks man!!!

Great track! When you do a full length project let us know. We would love to flow over something you produced.

Edison this is rather interesting man, i've been looking into the monome for the past few months. How exactly does it work? What programs do you use to run it?
  • edison 1 year ago
yo....it uses max/msp.....(mostly) but its open source, so anything you wanna do with it you can.....what im using it with is...mlr.....the program that tehn wrote for it......just a sample slicer, rearranger type of thing

That makes sense, did you get the 40h kit and put it together yourself?

    Was it pretty hard?
  • edison 1 year ago
yo...yeah it was tough...kinda.....but it was my first real soldering project and i didn't fuck it up too bad......i'd call it doable....on the hard side.........

Fucking spectacular. I can't get over this. I watch it like every day, and show it to all my friends; who in turn - love it. BTW if you type "failure of the year" into Google, this is the #1 result. Stung.
