Towards Zero Net Emissions (TZNE) is a collaborative effort by 9 Councils in the Northern Metropolitan Melbourne Region and Moreland Energy Foundation, together comprising Northern Alliance for Greenhouse Action (NAGA).

The TZNE project outlines strategies and actions to dramatically reduce emissions in the NAGA region by 2020.
