Beaglebot wanted to be in a collaboration project: vimeo.com/forums/topic:799

He had the great idea (with help from FuzzyDave) about putting up clips of himself for people to use in a project. The clips can be found here: vimeo.com/clip:114698

Having watched his clips, I wrote my own script to fill in the blanks and make a little story out of it! I recommend watching Beaglebot's clips before this video, so you can see what I did.

Thanks to Beaglebot for the footage.

Thanks everyone. It was quite hard trying to write bits that could link Beaglebot's lines together, and make a kind of story out of it. Glad everyone likes it. It would be great to see someone else use the clips provided by Beaglebot, but to make a story of their own with them. The challenge is set...
  • FuzzyDave 2 years ago
An even bigger challenge would be to add another person to your video, Buck. Imagine 2, 3 or even 5 people adding their own dialogue. It would be the most surreal, hilarious conference call ever.
  • Buck Flashroy 2 years ago
Haha, that would be amazing. Definitely more of a challenge!

I was thinking the other day that it would be cool to do a project where someone does a video, and then passes it on to the next person (maybe the next person on the list of people who would have signed up for the project). Then the next person adds or edits the video in their own way, and passes it on again. That's as far as my idea got though - if anyone else has any input...
  • FuzzyDave 2 years ago
Forget input. Send me a video and let's just do it.

I like it the never ending story,..,..,,..,..,..,.,.
  • Buck Flashroy 2 years ago
Indeed. That is infact the name I suggested to FuzzyDave when we were working out the details!

I'm game if you still need ayone in this round

The Never-ending story now exists! It's my next (newer) clip. If you're too lazy to scroll up the page, here's a link for you vimeo.com/clip:115835

haha......so wat are we talking about here? the money or the Duece?
  • Buck Flashroy 2 years ago
In this video, it turns out that the person who has the stuff for Beaglebot, is named "The Deuce"!
  • Cassie 2 years ago
    ahh....=)
  • FuzzyDave 2 years ago
I should like to point out that I was the one who suggested to beagle adding in the phrase, "The deuce you say!"

It's an old expression akin to "The hell you say!"

Somehow, everyone has assumed The Deuce is a person. Which is kinda cool in its own way.
  • Buck Flashroy 2 years ago
Actually I did know what you (and Beaglebot) meant, but this is the only way I could think of working it into the script. Also I thought it would be funny and help complete the story.
  • beaglebot 2 years ago
I actually think everything I said was writtten by Fuzzy. It was a nicer way of saying "The h*** you say"
