I love the direct feed version of this piece. After watching this documentation I would like to ask, which elements in the video output (if any) are directly related to the motion of Ivana Kalc? I ask because there does not seem to be any relation between her movement and the main puppet on-screen. Are the motion output dynamics modified in any way; if so, how?

The CyNet Art Performance had some delays in how the puppet reacts to Ivana's movements. The ITFS performance should be much better in that respect.
That said, the way we grab the motion data (using bending sensors on key positions on her body) does not allow for a 1:1 motion control, so there's always some sort of abstraction involved. Also, there's always some small delay in the process, since we're using the same puppet controls for the MoCap suit that we use for the string-puppeteering. It will be better in future software versions :-)
