A film I made for a friend that emigrated to Sydney, Australia.

Using Terry Callier's "Dancing Girl" for the Background Music & Super 8mm that I had shot from various trips to Thailand, USA, India, Corfu & England.

Please note that the original had an opening title sequence & a dedication to my friend at the end, but I have edited that out for this upload, as it didn't really make sense anymore.

Since making this film, I met Terry Callier outside the Jazz cafe in London, where I later saw him play. I gave him a copy of this film, and explained to him about the film. He loved the thoughts and the reason for making it and said "my main man" over and over, he then shuffled off into the club with his guitar on his back. I wrote to him awhile later, asking if he saw it and what he thought, but to this day, I've never heard back from him, so Mr.Callier, if you ever stumble across this film, please get in touch. I'd love to work with you.
