jakob and I had a fabulous dinner at the new restaurant NINJA in tribeca. it was a tasting course that went well over two hours, so we don't recommend it for a first date though you should all try it if you can.

this is how they presented the conch shell course. the video timer ran out just before the thing burst into flames! I believe I yelped!

    I was leaning in before it caught fire at the end; I wonder if they would have let my eyebrows singe if I hadn't backed away.
