In 2006, the Foundation partnered with the BBC to film and produce "Annabella's Story," a five-minute documentary about a young HIV-positive girl living with her family in southwestern Uganda.
Annabella's mother, Allen, is HIV-positive; however, she received medications to help prevent transmission of HIV from mother to child, and Annabella's little sister Kirabo was born HIV-negative. Annabella and her family receive their lifesaving medications from a clinic at Kabale Hospital that is supported by the Foundation.
