Venicia Guiala worked for Dole for over 25 years as a plantation worker. In Pineapple Worker, she explains how she prepared for work in the harsh sun and heavy dust. Her face and body is covered entirely as she awkwardly struggles to de-crown the fruit that sustains her families livelihood.
