So, did you manually capture the shots or set up some automatic mechanism? I'm not aware of a time-lapse feature on the EX-F1. How did you do it?

I described the process on dpreview.com But in a nut shell you can do it automatically on the EX-F1 by setting the shutter to continuous Auto-N which will shoot photos as long as the shutter is pressed at about 3fps.

If you also turn on the self timer to 2 sec. you only need to press the shutter once and it will shoot 2000 photos (about 1 min of video is 1800)

The trick is to put the exposure on manual so that nothing changes frame to frame.

I'd be curious about what other cameras have programmable time lapsed functions...

Very nice... I usually do Time-laps with my dslr+timer remote, but this might be easier....

Another great vid. You really get a sense of the mass of those vehicles moving.
