What an inspiration!
Good to see that some of the worlds smartest and most talented people are becoming educators. This is how you equilibrate the educational disparities between
good schools and bad schools
between the rich and poor etc.
I see so much potential with Khan at the helm.
I can relate to this kind of learning when it comes to visual effects, motion graphics, etc.. everything and anything I've learned from that is from online videos.
I've actually borrowed Sal's idea in my Physics and Geometry classes this year, using video lectures in my classes. I have a class set of computers, and the difference in student attention is amazing when you sit each student in front of a computer with headphones and ask them to listen to something.
