When Alvin and Zhi Li first recounted their story to me, the one thing I was certain we must feature was the location. This place where they spent most of their time together when they were hostelites in NTU.

Second was their music creation process, which I think brought out the best and the worst in them. They said that they do quarrel when making music together.

I felt that their process towards making music describes a marriage in many ways. There are nice moments, they are moments where we fight, and quarrel as well, but in the end, if we persevere, love is as beautiful as a nicely written piece of music.
