Anna Kassen and Nicola Sherry from London College of Communication describe how they and the other eight MDes students in their class have approached the design of a new remote sensor for post-operative patients, with a focus on the user experience and interactions with the device. Ten different design proposals have resulted.

This briefing sets up the day's workshop during which 30+ MBA students from Said Business School, Oxford, collaborate with the MDes students to make simple prototypes for the design of the charger/base station for the device.
