    How is like shotting with the 7D? I also have one, but focusing and zooming out while the rider approaches is really a challenge.

    It's pretty tricky, especially with the 70-200 but i suppose it's like any other skill, you have to work at it to get good at it.

    I've only used it for action a few times and starting to get the hang of it a bit

    Yes, check out these videos. We've shot them using the EX1+7D 70-200 f4L. I prefer the look of the 7D, but the usability of the EX-1.
