This is episode 2 of Cooking with Rie.
As you can see I used a different lens on this one. And I also started using a different editing program which I am still getting used to. I hope it's alright.
Anywho, I hope you enjoy it, and I hope this helps you to make delicious food.

Recipe: Gyoza
Chop Cabbage
キャベツをきざむ
Put a little salt on Cabbage
キャベツに塩をふる
Chop Green Onion
ネギをきざむ
Skin then chop Ginger
しょうがは皮をむいてきざむ
Chop Garlic
にんにくをきざむ
Rinse Cabbage, then dry
キャベツを絞って水気をなくす(絞りすぎないように)
Mix Green Onion and Garlic with Cabbage
キャベツにネギ、にんにく、しょうがを混ぜる
Put Salt in Beef then mix
ひき肉に塩を入れて混ぜる
Put Garlic, Ginger, Cabbage and Salt in Beef then mix
キャベツ達とお肉を混ぜる
Cut Kimchi
キムチをきざむ
Get 2 bowls. Put Kimchi with Beef in 1 bowl then mix
たねを2つに分けて、1つにキムチを入れて混ぜる
Put normal Beef mixture in other bowl.
ノーマルな物は他のボールにいれる
Time to fold the Gyoza! (I'm sorry I could not show this to you more indepth)
餃子の皮でねたをつつむ
Put cooking oil in frying pan then line up Gyoza
フラパンに油を引いて餃子を置いていく
When bottom of Gyoza turns slightly brown, Mix Flour and Kamakuriko (potato starch) with water then put in frying pan
餃子に少し焼き色がついたら、小麦粉と片栗粉を水で溶いた物を流し入れる
Cover frying pan
ふたをする
Cook until liquid is gone
水分がとぶまで焼き、ふたを取って底がきつね色になるまでこんがり焼く
Flip onto plate or take out of frying pan with chopsticks (or anything you can grab the Gyoza with)
お皿をひっくり返してフライパンにかぶせて、一気にフライパンをひっくり返す。
Eat!
