There are many school and community-based practitioners who possess practical experience and knowledge about the importance of capacity building and “right-sizing” learning measures in an effort to fully support educational improvements for students, teachers, and schools. In the interest of advancing evidence-based policy-making, this briefing forum highlights experienced voices from the field that will provide valuable information about how to best craft assessment and resource policies that advance strong schools and strong students.
