This is the speech that our organization recorded at the Samaritan Counseling Center's New Mexico Ethics in Business Awards Dinner on April 12, 2010 at the Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town. Dr. Paul Hopkins, Samaritan's President and CEO, gives a compelling speech about civility and ethics.
