Wexley School for Girls isn't really an ad agency -- but it is. Cal McAllister is the co-founder and creative director of the Seattle-based group. If the name doesn't throw you off, walking into their office definitely will.
When you walk in you're greeted by a life-size Merlin statue. To the left is an Asian-restaurant-themed room and to the right is an entirely white room with a grand piano conference table. "Every room is different," McAllister said. Everything in the office was either built by them or bought on craigslist.
One of their more recent projects revolved around Microsoft's new kin phone. "We're really about working with interesting people more than we are chasing logos," McAllister said.
