Great presentation. This actually is something I realized a while ago, "You can't please everyone, so focus on the people you can and don't try to convince the rest." 80-20 Parento principle is everywhere :)

Seemed helpful and cathartic to you, Tim, to get some of these things communicated. It was definitely helpful to us to have a collection of tools and authors who have dealt with the critics.

I often have the problem of dealing with criticism and I often deal with it very badly, getting angry with the wrong people and not having much control over situations. Your video is helpful in all fields of social interaction and I thank you for this superb insight.
