Everybody knows the Michelin man but nobody knows who is the artist behind the trademark. “Bibendum” is one of these characters that became more popular than their creator. Marius Rossillon also known as O’Galop (b.1867 Lyons- d. 1946 Carsac) was a pioneer of animated films and invented Michelin man.
