    Looking great. I've been waiting for a separate media manager since the first OSXBMC release. Can't wait to get my hands on this.

    Unrelated question, any chance that the media can use the metadata already embedded in a file if it has some? For example from an MP4 run through AtomicParsley?

    Well! I've just about got used to Plex/Eight (or should I say it has schooled me to understand most of its ways and means) and all the questions bubbling up from there seem to be on the way towards neat OS X style resolution.
