This is the second day out with the HVX-200 in the Equinox housing. In spite of some early issues with the housing (and an upcoming service to correct mechanical issues that rendered the follow-focus useless), The unit seems to be doing okay by me. And the footage by the HVX is so much better than the Sony Handycam I was using previously.
Shot a total of 80+ minutes on three dives. Molasses reef became the focus of the afternoon's work, with 40-70 foot viz and strong afternoon sun.
Some highlights... eels, fish, corals, and a cool nurse shark.
