April 22nd 2008, I went with Jamie's - jamies.com - on their 'Hot Springs Sea to Sky Tour'. Me and my mother were the only two passengers on the boat that day, so it felt quite luxurious. Eugene was the name of our guide. On our way north to the hot springs, we saw a number of whales. The views of Vancouver Island from the sea were pretty nice.

The boat dropped us off in Hot Springs Cove and we walked the 1 mile boardwalk to the hot springs. Here we went for a dip while enjoying the views over the Pacific Ocean.

We walked back to the 'harbour' and were picked up by a seaplane / floatplane from Tofino Air piloted by John. It was a very small plane with only four seats including that of the pilot. We had a quick stopover at one of the Indian villages on the coast where we picked up one person.

All in all, this was a great way to spend CAD 175,- (each) :)
