Turn off the lights, and turn up the volume!

Part 1 of 2. Footage was shot at Tai Mo Shan 大帽山 in Hong Kong. This is...near final cut. I already see some things I wanna change before it's done. Plus...there are some audio balancing issues? Vimeo really messes up my sounds, any idea how to fix it?

My friends have been yelling at me cause they want to see the completed work. I promised in my trailers this was coming this month, I gotta hold true to my word! Even if only partially. I had considered just cutting it right here cause the second half is such a clusterfuck of clip shrapnel, but that wouldn't be fair to you! I must complete the story.

I've been stressing quite a lot over this short piece, and I have been having nightmares about it almost every single night these past two weeks. I am releasing part 1 just so I can at least get something out there. Part II is about 65% complete, but there is a long road ahead, I want to try some zany shit (special effects? I'm failing at it so far.. :/).

It sucks when you have a vision, but lack the proper resources to fully realize it (i.e. have to use free, crappy sound clips or make your own and fail, same goes with music). I'm actually going to buy a violin tomorrow to see if I can write some music for the final piece, hahahaha. In Hong Kong I can get a violin as cheap as $50 USD. Yes!

I know this video is short, but it's an idea of the direction I am taking the rest of the narrative. This is my first attempt at making something scary, any feedback would be most appreciated!
