Buffalo are everywhere in Elk Island National Park: just outside of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
On occasion, you'll have to wait while they cross the road, or drive slowly through the herd.
Generally docile, they can be quite intimidating to the casual observer and park wardens caution visitors on getting too close: getting charged by one is a little more than most viewers want.
Great viewing on a misty morning or in the autumn (rutting season): subjects for another video.
