1. Respondus LockDown Browser at Ohio State

Ohio State University now uses the new Respondus LockDown Browser. I show how effective it is (by running an open source Instant Messaging program in the background), and how it disables the Task Manager/ShutDown in Windows, and how the changes become permanent if it crashes.
