In February of 2008, two-fifths of the Welsh rock band Super Furry Animals stopped by the Stop Smiling storefront space to play a secret show. At half past two o’clock on a Saturday afternoon, lead singer Gruff Rhys and lead guitarist Huw Bunford finished their breakfasts onstage while people shuffled in wearing winter coats and sipping dollar cans of beer. These are a few older songs they performed.
