In February of 2008, two-fifths of the Welsh rock band Super Furry Animals stopped by the Stop Smiling storefront space to play a secret show. At half past two o’clock on a Saturday afternoon, lead singer Gruff Rhys and lead guitarist Huw Bunford finished their breakfasts onstage while people shuffled in wearing winter coats and sipping dollar cans of beer. Watch them endearingly stop snd start their way through their impromptu set.
