This paper will examine the introduction of MemoQ 3.6 on a complex live server project for a minority language with all the demands of the real world. Contrasting the user perspective of translators and proofreaders with that of the project manager and system administrator it will chart a journey through rough seas and muddy fields, where all the client sees is plain sailing. Some of the issues examined are the adaptation of the tool to established workflows; managing server project challenges; establishing stats in a constantly changing project.
