Vadim Lavrusik is in many ways the prototype of the "journalist of the future." Recently graduated from Columbia School of Journalism, Lavrusik already has an impressive track record. He has worked at the New York Times helping them with their social media initiatives, and was recently hired the Mashable.com social media manager.
