Me and 2 mates went some hillwalking for some much needed exercise. Was a tough walk/climb at first but we got there in the end :-) . I think what made it tougher than what it actually was is all the gear we took up to film and photograph it.
it was worth it just for the scenery alone. Here is some footage taken with the Canon 5D Mark II.

What follow-focus system did you use?
what makes you think i used a follow focus?
Why did I think you were using one? Some excellent focus-pulls mate.
My website is from Creative Motion Design.
Taking all that gear up Ben Lomond etc would be tough, but very much worth it.
